However, due to the place you located - Inagawa, is far from our
distributor - Princeton, which I thinking of the most convenience way for
your to get replacement, is not working.
Would you mind to approach Jusco Inagawa again for replacement ( I really
felt ashamed to raise this request ....)? And request them to test the new
card's functionality before you leaving their counter?
Again, sorry for causing those problem to you. Or, if you thinking of deal
directly with our distributor - Princeton outsourcing service line, you may
feel free to contact them as well. I have talked to their officer - xxx xxx san
on these before.
